Mr. Murray was appointed as a Non-Employee Director in January 2013. He served as Employee Engagement Director from March 2019 until December 2023, when the role was disbanded, and he served as Senior Independent Director from October 2013 until August 2022, when the role was transitioned to Chair of the Nominations & Governance Committee. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Murray served as group chief executive of Hanson PLC, a British-based building materials company, where he had previously served as finance director and chief executive of Hanson Building Materials America from 1998 to 2002.
