Mr. Brundage was appointed as a Director and Chief Financial Officer in November 2020. Mr. Brundage has served as the chief financial officer of Ferguson Enterprises, LLC ( FEL ), the Company s U.S. operating subsidiary, since 2017, and previously served at FEL as senior vice president of finance from 2016 to 2017 and vice president of finance from 2008 to 2016.
