Mr. Murphy was appointed as a Director in August 2017 and as Chief Executive Officer in November 2019. In connection with the corporate restructure in August 2024, Mr. Murphy s title changed to President & Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Murphy has served as chief executive officer of Ferguson Enterprises, LLC ( FEL ), the Company s U.S. operating subsidiary, since 2017. Prior to that, he was chief operating officer of FEL from 2007 to 2017.
