Ms. Rahe is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc., positions she has held since 2003. Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. is an investment management firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Western & Southern Financial Group located in Cincinnati, Ohio. She also serves on the board of directors of Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. Ms. Rahe has more than 50 years of experience in the banking and financial services industries with more than 35 years of experience in management or executive management positions. Prior to joining Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. Ms. Rahe served as Vice Chair of the Board of The Harris Bank, now known as BMO Bank, responsible for personal and commercial financial services, and Vice Chairman and later President of United States Trust Company of New York. Between 2005 and 2024, Ms. Rahe served as a director of Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNSL) which is an integrated communication services company located in Mattoon, Illinois that provides exchange carrier and broadband services. She served as the chair of CNSL s audit committee and also on the compensation committee.
