Mr. Nolan has served as Director of the Company since August 2020. Mr. Nolan has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. since February 2022 and previously served as President of FNF since January 2016. He served as the Co-Chief Operating Officer of FNF from September 2015 until January 2016.
