James Kehoe serves as Corporate Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FIS), a global leader in financial technology solutions. Appointed to this role in April 2019, Kehoe oversees the company's financial strategy, including capital allocation, investor relations, treasury operations, and risk management. Before that, he was CFO of XL Group plc from 2011 to 2016, steering the company through its $15 billion sale to AXA Group. Earlier in his career, Kehoe held senior finance positions at Aon plc, including Group Chief Accounting Officer and head of various international finance functions. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Kehoe brings over 25 years of experience in financial leadership across multinational corporations.
