Dr. Arnold has served as a member of our Board since October 2021. She previously served as the Chief Technology Officer for Valspar Corporation from 2011 to 2017, leading its global technology activities. Dr. Arnold was previously with Sun Chemical Corporation where she served as Chief Technology Officer from 2004 to 2011. Prior to Sun Chemical, she served as Vice President, Technology, Coatings Adhesives and Specialties, for Eastman Chemical Company from 2003 to 2004 and in R&D and business leadership positions with General Electric from 1994 to 2003. Dr. Arnold was a Sloan Executive Science and Engineering Fellow in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy from 1992 to 1994. She has served on the board of directors of Cabot Corporation (NYSE: CBT) since January 2018 and the board of directors of Syensqo SA (EBR: SYENS) and its renumeration, nominating and ESG committees since July 2025. She also currently sits on the boards of Milliken & Company, Citrine Informatics and the Budapest Festival Orchestra Foundation. Dr. Arnold previously sat on the Supervisory Board of Avantium NL, a Dutch technology company in renewable chemistry, from September 2020 to May 2022 and served on the Materials Advisory Board as well as a consultant for Carbon 3D from November 2017 through May 2023.
