Jennifer E. Matthews Rice, age 55, has been General Counsel and Secretary of the Company since November 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Matthews Rice served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) from March 2017 to November 2019, Vice President of Legal Affairs, Interim General Counsel and Secretary from April 2016 to March 2017 and Counsel from October 2012 to March 2016.
