Martin E. Hap Stein, Jr. was elected as a director of the Company in 1992. Mr. Stein served as Chief Executive Officer of Regency Centers Corporation, a real estate investment trust, from its initial public offering in 1993 through 2019, served as its Chairman of the board from 1999 to 2019, and was appointed Executive Chairman in 2020. Mr. Stein also previously served as a director of Washington and Lee University.
