Ms. Lamb-Hale currently serves as the Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of Cummins Inc., a position she has held since 2025 overseeing multiple global functions including product compliance and regulatory affairs, communications, marketing, government relations, corporate responsibility, facilities, security, global enterprise risk, ethics and compliance and the company s global shared services organization.
