Mr. Jack has served as a member of the Board since 2006. He is a retired partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Hong Kong. He also serves, since December 2024, as an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited. Mr. Jack previously served as an independent non-executive director of HUTCHMED (China) Limited from March 2017 to May 2025.
