In these roles, he spearheaded the services business to record revenues exceeding $20 billion annually, expanded digital offerings like Shop Visit Optimization, and fostered partnerships that enhanced engine reliability and reduced customer costs. His achievements include accelerating the LEAP engine ramp-up during peak demand and pioneering sustainability initiatives in engine servicing. Today, under Ali's stewardship, Commercial Engines & Services is at the forefront of aviation's net-zero transition, investing in hydrogen-ready technologies and advanced materials while maintaining market leadership with over 45,000 engines in service worldwide.
