Susan M. Molineaux, Ph.D. has served as a director of Geron since September 2012. Dr. Molineaux currently serves as the Executive Chair of Seranova Bio Inc., an early stage private therapeutics company, a position she has held since January 2026. Dr. Molineaux also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Para Therapeutics, Inc., from April 2023 to July 2025 and as a member of the board of directors of Repare Therapeutics Inc., a clinical-stage precision oncology company, from June 2023 to December 2025. Prior to her role at Para Therapeutics, Inc., Dr. Molineaux was Chief Executive Officer, President, and a member of the board of directors of Calithera Biosciences, Inc., since co-founding the company in June 2010 until March 2023. Dr. Molineaux previously served as a member of the boards of directors of Cyteir Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage DNA repair and synthetic lethality company, from December 2020 until May 2023, and Theravance Biopharma, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, from April 2015 to April 2022.
