Mr. Painter served as our Lead Independent Director from June 2025 to June 2026. Mr. Painter also serves as the Chairman of the Board, since 2019, and a director since January 2010 of Kadant Inc. (NYSE: KAI), a leading global supplier of components and engineered systems used in process industries, including the pulp and paper industry.
