Mr. Malone was appointed as our President and Chief Executive Officer and a director in June 2025, having previously served as our President and Chief Operating Officer from February 2025 to June 2025 and our Vice President and General Manager Barber-Nichols from June 2021 to February 2025. Up until our acquisition of Barber-Nichols in June 2021, Mr. Malone had served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Barber-Nichols since May 2021, having previously served as Barber-Nichols Vice President of Operations from May 2020 to May 2021, Project Management Office Manager from November 2017 to May 2020, and Project Engineer from July 2015 to November 2017.
