With more than 20 years of experience in corporate law, Adina joined GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL in April 2021 from W.W. Grainger, Inc., where she served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel. At Grainger, a Fortune 500 company, she led legal teams handling high-stakes commercial transactions, supply chain disputes, and global compliance programs. Earlier, as a partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, she specialized in securities litigation, shareholder disputes, and corporate governance matters for public companies. Adina's achievements include spearheading transformative M&A deals and implementing robust enterprise risk management frameworks that have fortified GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL's position in a competitive market. A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School (J.D.) and the University of Michigan (B.A.), she is recognized for her strategic foresight, collaborative leadership, and commitment to fostering a culture of integrity and innovation.
