Mr. Einhorn has been Chair of our Board since our formation in 2004. Mr. Einhorn also has served as a director of Greenlight Re since 2004. Mr. Einhorn co-founded, and has served as the President of, DME Capital Management, LP d/b/a Greenlight Capital (together with its predecessor entity, Greenlight Capital, Inc., referred to herein as Greenlight Capital) since January 1996.
