Ms. Guest has served as a director of the Company and Greenlight Re since 2021. Ms. Guest was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Hamilton Insurance Group, Ltd., a Bermuda-based holding company for insurance and reinsurance operations, from December 2013 until retirement in November 2017. From July 2012 to December 2013, Ms. Guest was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of SAC Re Holdings, Ltd, a Bermuda-based reinsurer. Ms. Guest has also served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Ariel Holdings, Ltd. from July 2009 to June 2012 and RAM Holdings, Ltd. from January 2006 to June 2009.
