Ann D. Rhoads has served on our Board of Directors since July 2011 and is the Chairperson of our Audit Committee and a member of our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. Rhoads most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Forty Seven, Inc. (NASDAQ: FTSV), a clinical-stage biotechnology company from March 2018 to April 2020. Previously, Ms. Rhoads was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Zogenix, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZGNX), a pharmaceutical company, from March 2010 through January 2017. From 2000 through the end of 2009, Ms. Rhoads served as the Chief Financial Officer of Premier, Inc., a healthcare supply management company. Ms. Rhoads holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Arkansas and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Ms. Rhoads also serves on the board of directors of Quidel Corporation (NASDAQ: QDEL), Repare Therapeutics (NASDAQ: RPTX), and iTeos Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ITOS).
