Roger W. Ferguson Jr., 74, has been the Chief Investment Officer of Red Cell Partners LLC, a venture capital firm, since August 2022. Since May 2021, he has been the Steven A. Tananbaum Distinguished Fellow for International Economics at the Council on Foreign Relations.
