Ms. Thompson has served as a member of the Board since December 2021 and currently serves as a member of the Compensation Committee. She had previously served during 2024 as Chairperson of the Compensation Committee until September 17, 2024, and as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee from September 17, 2024 to February 28, 2025. Ms. Thompson is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jane J. Thompson Financial Services LLC, a management consulting firm she founded in 2011. From May 2002 to June 2011, Ms. Thompson served as President of Walmart Financial Services, a division of Walmart Stores, Inc. that provides money services, products and solutions to Walmart customers. Previously, she led the Sears Credit, Sears Home Services, and Sears Online groups within Sears, Roebuck & Company, a department store chain, and was a partner with McKinsey & Company, Inc. advising consumer companies.
