Charles D. His earlier career included finance roles at Fortune 500 firms, solidifying his reputation for driving operational efficiency and risk management. In his current roles, Lischer oversees all aspects of accounting operations, financial planning, and reporting, while stepping in as Interim CFO to guide capital allocation and investor relations during a period of company transformation. His achievements include leading the successful integration of financial systems post-acquisitions, strengthening SOX compliance, and supporting Graphic Packaging's $1.2 billion debt refinancing in 2022, which bolstered the company's balance sheet and fueled sustainable growth initiatives.
