Michael J. Farrell serves as Executive Vice President, Mills at Graphic Packaging Holding Company, overseeing the company's eight paperboard manufacturing mills across North America. Farrell's tenure has been marked by transformative achievements, including leading multibillion-dollar investments in mill modernizations, expansions, and conversions to 100% recycled fiber content. These initiatives have significantly reduced the company's environmental impact, improved energy efficiency, and enhanced product quality, earning Graphic Packaging industry recognition for sustainability leadership. Under his guidance, the mills have consistently achieved top-tier safety performance and operational reliability, driving substantial cost savings and supporting the company's growth in beverage, food, and consumer packaging markets.
