Mr. Miller is a Co-Founder of Grey Rock and has served as Managing Partner and as a member of Grey Rock's Investment Committee and Valuation Committee since 2013. At Grey Rock, Mr. Miller focuses on deal origination, valuation, due diligence, execution, project management, and divestitures.
