Earlier, at Johnson Controls International, she held progressive leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance for the Power Solutions business unit, managing a $20 billion portfolio and leading teams through complex mergers, acquisitions, and operational efficiencies that enhanced profitability and cash flow generation. Zamarro began her career at Ernst & Young in the automotive practice, where she honed her expertise in auditing and advisory services for major OEMs and suppliers. A certified public accountant, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
