Age 46 Member of the Audit Committee & Member of the Compensation Committee Ms. Evans has served as a member of the Board of Directors of ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. since February 2020 and served as a member of the Board of Managers of ZoomInfo Holdings LLC from 2018 to June 2020. Ms. Evans currently serves as a Partner at Francisco Partners, a leading global investment firm that partners with technology businesses, which she joined in 2022. Prior to that, she was a Partner at The Carlyle Group, which she joined in 2006. She invests in enterprise software businesses and currently serves on the board of several privately held companies, including Greenslate, Macrobond and PayScale.
