Mr. Romer has over 30 years of infrastructure, advisory, and capital markets experience serving in various senior roles at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, leading the Western Region Public Sector and Infrastructure Investment Banking groups, respectively. After leaving Goldman in 2019, he launched Foundation Infrastructure Opportunities, the infrastructure debt fund of Foundation Credit which focuses on investments in essential public infrastructure, serving as CEO from 2019 to 2022. He then transitioned to a partner role and continues to serve on the Investment Committee. Mr. Romer served as co-chief executive officer, and chief financial officer and head of strategy at Project Canary from 2022 to 2024, a climate data technology company that provides operational and environmental intelligence from emissions monitoring for the energy industry. He also served as chief financial officer for Adexa Inc. from 2000 to 2003, a supply chain optimization software company. Mr. Romer currently serves on the board and has been treasurer of the Chargers Impact Fund since 2020, which supports community-based initiatives throughout Southern California. We believe Mr. Romer s distinguished career in leadership roles at top-tier financial institutions, expertise in finance and operations, and experience in infrastructure qualify him to serve on our board. Mr. Romer holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Age 64.
