Director since 2025 Age: 65 Independent Director since 2025 Mr. Nemeth has served as a director of the company since May 13, 2025. Mr. Nemeth has served on the Board of Directors of Boston Beer Company Inc. (NYSE: SAM), one of the largest and most respected craft brewers in the United States, since January 2020. Mr. Nemeth served on the Board of Directors of WK Kellogg Co. (NYSE: KLG), a cereal manufacturer and distributor, from October 2023 to September 2025. Mr. Nemeth previously served as Chief Product Supply Officer at Procter & Gamble, a consumer goods corporation (NYSE: PG), from May 2019 until his retirement in June 2023.
