Tracey T. Travis has been a member of our Board of Directors since March 2025. Ms. Travis served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Est e Lauder Companies from August 2012 to October 2024, with responsibilities for global finance, accounting, investor relations, information technology, and strategy, transformation and new business development. As of November 2024, Ms. Travis became Senior Advisor to The Est e Lauder Companies until her planned retirement in June 2025.
