Prior to joining HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital in 2018, Chuslo was a partner at a leading international law firm, specializing in energy project finance and securitizations. There, he advised on landmark deals involving solar, wind, and energy efficiency projects, including the structuring of innovative green bonds that mobilized billions in sustainable investments. A graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.) and the University of Pennsylvania (B.A. in Economics), Chuslo has been recognized with the Sustainable Finance Leadership Award from the Environmental Law Institute and has authored influential articles on regulatory frameworks for clean energy financing. Under Chuslo's leadership, HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital has navigated complex ESG regulations and achieved key milestones, such as its first investment-grade credit rating and successful public offerings.
