Ms. Walker served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of The Valspar Corporation (Valspar), a global coatings manufacturer, from 2008 to 2013, where she led the Finance, IT and Communications teams. Before this position, Ms. Walker served as Valspar's Vice President, Controller, and Treasurer from 2004 to 2008 and as Vice President and Controller from 2001 to 2004.
