He previously served as a member of the board of directors for Home Bancorp, Inc. and Home Bank from June 2016 until he was sworn in as director of USMS in March 2019. Mr. Washington re-joined the Boards of the Directors of the Company and the Bank in October 2021. He is a partner in the law firm of Jones Walker LLP.
