Thomas S. Irwin serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Group President of HEICO Corporation’s Flight Support Group (FSG), a position he has held since 2023. With more than 25 years of dedicated service to HEICO, Irwin oversees a dynamic portfolio of subsidiaries that specialize in manufacturing replacement parts, providing repair and overhaul services, and distributing components for commercial, regional, business, and military aircraft. He progressed rapidly through the ranks, serving as President of AeroSeats, LLC, and later as Executive Vice President of HEICO from 2013 to 2023.
