Mr. Adelson is Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is a member of the board of directors. Mr. Adelson did not receive any compensation for his service as a director in fiscal 2026. For fiscal 2026, Mr. Adelson received a base salary of $500,000, incentive cash compensation of $9,900,000, time-vesting restricted stock awards with a value of $2,100,000, and performance-based equity awards with a value of $500,000. In addition to overseeing acquisitions and the successful integration of other companies, Mr. Adelson was instrumental in scaling the Company's corporate infrastructure to provide effective support for the significant expansion of the financial staff as a result of acquisitions and organic growth during fiscal 2026.
