Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer Age: 50 | Director Since: 2025 Mr. Adinolfi has been our President and Chief Executive Officer since the beginning of 2025, after serving as Chief Operating Officer of Hillman since June of 2023. Prior to COO, Mr. Adinolfi served as Divisional President, Hillman U.S., a role he held since joining Hillman in 2019. Prior to his time at Hillman, Mr. Adinolfi served as President of U.S. Retail for Stanley Black & Decker from November 2016 to July 2019; served as President of Hand Tools for Stanley Black & Decker from October 2013 to December 2016; and served as the CFO - North America, CDIY for Stanley Black & Decker from June 2011 to September 2013. Prior to that, he worked as President at Crown Bolt from 2008 to 2011.
