Michal Stepniak serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Honeywell International Inc., a role he assumed in August 2021. His earlier career included stints at Citibank and J.P. Morgan, where he honed his expertise in corporate finance, treasury, and strategic planning across global operations. At Honeywell, Stepniak has been instrumental in steering the company's financial strategy amid a dynamic industrial landscape. He oversees global finance functions, including financial planning, investor relations, tax, treasury, and internal audit, while driving capital allocation decisions such as share repurchases, dividends, and strategic acquisitions. Under his leadership, Honeywell has executed a portfolio transformation, including the planned spin-off of its Advanced Materials business, and delivered strong financial results, with consistent revenue growth and improved margins in its core segments like Aerospace and Automation Solutions. Stepniak's achievements extend to fostering operational excellence and shareholder value, earning recognition for his disciplined approach to cost management and risk mitigation. A Polish native with a master's degree in finance from the Warsaw School of Economics and an MBA from Columbia Business School, he brings a global perspective to Honeywell's ambition of becoming a leading software-enabled enterprise in industrials.
