Mr. Ettinger is Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company, serving in that capacity since July 14, 2025. He has served as a member of the Board since March 20, 2025. Mr. Ettinger previously served the Company as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from October 2015 to October 2016, Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer from November 2006 to October 2015, and President and Chief Executive Officer from January to November 2006.
