Mr. Apostolou s expertise includes an in-depth knowledge of the Florida commercial and residential real estate market with a focus on the greater Tampa Bay area. His experience includes serving as a real estate broker, as well as former ownership of Central Title Services, which he founded in 2015 and Alexa Realty of St. Petersburg, which he founded in 2004. Mr. Apostolou also serves as a manager and owner of several other commercial real estate companies in the greater Tampa Bay area.
