There, he managed a multi-billion-dollar supply chain ecosystem supporting commercial aircraft production worldwide, achieving breakthroughs in supplier resilience, inventory optimization, and delivery timelines amid global disruptions. Prior to Boeing, Berg spent nearly two decades at GE Aviation, advancing to Vice President of Global Supply Chain, where he led transformative programs that slashed costs, improved on-time delivery rates, and fostered strategic supplier partnerships. Since taking the helm at Hertz, Berg has spearheaded innovative fleet strategies, including data-driven procurement models and advanced remarketing platforms, contributing to record vehicle sales and improved profitability.
