Mr. Sonsini has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2014. Mr. Sonsini is a Senior and Founding Partner of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. where he has practiced since 1966 and served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman for more than 35 years. Mr. Sonsini received an A.B. degree in Political Science and a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley. We believe Mr. Sonsini's extensive legal experience advising public companies and, in particular, other technology companies, as a former member of the New York Stock Exchange Board of Directors, and his experience serving on public company boards qualify him to serve on our Board of Directors.
