Michael A. White, Ph.D. has served as our Chief Scientific Officer since October 2021. From April 2020 to October 2021, Dr. White served as Chief Scientific Officer of Biosplice Therapeutics, Inc. a biopharmaceutical company. From April 2016 to April 2020, Dr. White served as Chief Scientific Officer and Head of Tumor Biology at Pfizer Inc., a pharmaceutical and biotechnology company. From 1995 to 2016, Dr. White was at UT Southwestern Medical Center where he was a Professor of Cell Biology and founding Director of the Cancer Intervention and Prevention Discovery Program. Dr. White obtained his Ph.D. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and afterward completed his postdoctoral fellowship in Biology at Cold Springs Harbor Laboratory. Dr. White obtained his B.S. in Biology from the University of Iowa.
