Mr. Ball has served as a Director since June 2022. He is Chair and a member of the Audit Committee and also serves as a member of the Compensation and Nominating Committee. Mr. Ball is an international mining executive with over thirty years of experience. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Calibre Mining Corp. (TSX: CXB) from October 2019 to February 2021 and Chair of its board from November 2018 to October 2019. From May 2013 to December 2017, Mr. Ball held various executive positions with Goldcorp Inc. (TSX: G; NYSE: GG), including Executive Vice President Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer from March 2016 to December 2017. Prior to that, he held various positions with Newmont Mining Corporation (NYSE: NEM) from 1994 to 2013, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from June 2008 to May 2013.
