Michael DeVeau is the Chief Financial Officer of International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. Prior to IFF, DeVeau served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Clorox Company from 2019 to 2021, where he spearheaded financial operations amid market disruptions, including the COVID-19 pandemic. He successfully managed the divestiture of Clorox's natural personal care business and advanced digital transformation initiatives, bolstering the company's resilience and profitability. Before Clorox, DeVeau spent over 16 years at PepsiCo in progressive finance roles, rising to Senior Vice President and Treasurer. In that capacity, he oversaw global treasury, capital markets, banking relationships, and risk management, supporting PepsiCo's international expansion and financial stability. DeVeau holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University and an MBA from the University of New Haven.
