Prior to that, Ms. Duffy served as Senior Vice President of RMR from 2021 to September 2025 after joining RMR in 2006. Ms. Duffy s prior responsibilities at RMR included serving as Accounting Manager and Area Director in the Northeast region. Chief Executive Officer of Office Properties Income Trust ( OPI ) since January 2026, President since 2024 and Chief Operating Officer from 2024 to December 2025.
