Clay Siegall, Ph.D., is a pioneering biotechnology leader with over three decades of experience in drug discovery, development, and commercialization. He earned a B.A. in Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Ph.D. in Genetics from Baylor College of Medicine, followed by postdoctoral training at the National Institutes of Health. Early in his career, Siegall held key scientific and business development roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he contributed to early-stage oncology programs. In 1997, he co-founded Seattle Genetics (now Seagen), serving as its President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board for over 25 years.
