Ms. Perry, 57, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Risk and Audit Officer, as well as Senior Counsel, at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBS). In this role, she is responsible for strategic enterprise risk management and internal audit. Previously, she was Vice President of Business and Regulatory Law at Retail Business Services, a subsidiary of Ahold Delhaize. Ms. Perry has served as a director of the Company and of Rockland Trust since 2025. Skills and Qualifications: The Board and the Nominating Committee have determined that Ms. Perry is qualified to serve as a director based upon her prior service as a director of the Company and of Rockland Trust, her mature business judgment, her inquisitive and objective perspective, her familiarity with the communities Rockland Trust serves and her deep expertise in regulatory compliance and retail services.
