Ms. Gallagher has served as a member of the Board since January 2025. Ms. Gallagher previously served as a Corporate Regulatory Advisor for Pioneer Natural Resources from September 2014 to May 2017. Prior to that, Ms. Gallagher served in various roles for Pioneer Natural Resources from September 2007 to September 2014, including as a Field Operations Manager, Operations Engineering Supervisor, Special Project Engineer and Senior Operations Engineer.
