William J. Teuber, Jr. has served as a member of the Board since August 2025. He currently serves as Chair of our Audit Committee and as a member of our Compensation Committee. Since 2016, he has served as Senior Operating Principal at Bridge Growth Partners, a private equity firm focused on technology. Prior to that, he held numerous senior leadership positions at EMC, including Vice Chairman, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Sales. Earlier, he was a Partner at Coopers & Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a global professional services firm. From 2004 to 2016, Mr. Teuber served on the Board of Directors of Popular, Inc., the publicly traded holding company of Banco Popular of Puerto Rico, and from 2013 to 2021, on the Board of Directors of Inovalon Holdings, Inc., a leading healthcare technology company. Mr. Teuber holds a B.A. in English from The College of the Holy Cross, an M.S. in Taxation from Bentley College and an MBA from Babson College. We believe Mr. Teuber is qualified to serve as a member of the Board because of his significant financial and accounting expertise and his experience providing strategic direction as a senior executive to a large public technology company.
