Previously, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Hughes Network Systems, LLC (2005–2014), where she led legal teams through major satellite broadband deployments, mergers, acquisitions, and international regulatory matters. Earlier, she held progressive roles at EchoStar Communications Corporation, including Vice President of Legal Affairs, and began her career as an associate at Covington & Burling LLP, focusing on telecommunications law. Under Morgan's leadership, Iridium has achieved significant milestones, including securing key FCC spectrum approvals, executing debt refinancing transactions, and facilitating strategic partnerships that enhanced the company's commercial and government offerings.
