Mr. Kiani joined the Board of Directors on September 2, 2025 and was appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Compensation Committee. From April 1998 to present, served as the CEO of Willow Laboratories, a health and wellness innovator focused on advancing non-invasive monitoring and diabetes care, and Like Minded Labs, a company developing cutting-edge video technologies. From July 2025 to present he has served on the Board of Directors of CDX Medical Technologies, an early-stage respiratory care company. He has over 40 years of industry experience including as founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Masimo Corporation, a global leader in non-invasive patient monitoring technologies, particularly pulse oximetry from February 1989 until October 2024. Under Mr. Kiani s leadership, Masimo s Signal Extraction Technology (SET ) became a standard in healthcare, monitoring over 200 million patients annually and significantly improving patient outcomes. Mr. Kiani holds over 500 patents or patent applications in advanced signal processing, optical sensors, and wearable technologies. Mr. Kiani earned his B.S and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University. We believe that Mr. Kiani s experience with the medical device industry and expertise in the fields of medical device technologies, strategy and organizational development qualifies him to serve on our Board.
